Our Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:

Jesus said: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” What a beautiful reminder as we face these uncertain days.

We wanted to write to you to inform you of what’s going on at First Baptist Church.
In these days of so much uncertainty, we want to remind you that we are here for you. The following is to let you know what we are doing to continue the ministry of our Lord.

Sunday school is going to be broadcast on our cable channel 13 and our radio station, WEHS 101.7. Please tune in at 10. a.m. Brother Travis will be teaching the lesson this Sunday morning.

We will have worship Sunday morning at 11, just not in the way we usually do. Please watch or listen to one of the following, Facebook live at FBC Eupora, cable channel 13, and WEHS 101.7 radio. We are working on other options, but for now, these are the best. We will have a regular service, but we will include a children’s message from Charla. In this mailing, you will find that information for those of you who have children. We will receive an offering, just not in the same way we usually do. We can now give online through our website or text. We will post that information on Facebook by the weekend so that you may participate if you would like.   If you can watch Facebook live, please share your comments and pictures of your family in the comments section, as you watch the live stream. Posting pictures allows us to remember that we are all in this together. We will also post some questions at the end of the service for family discussion. Video announcements will be coming soon to Facebook and Instagram.

On Sunday evening, there will be a bible study available for anyone who would like to view it. The video is a Bible study Cody has been using with the youth each week. That address is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGbNw855ksw. You will find the instructions and questions for that video included with this letter.

In closing, we want everyone to remember; you are not alone. If you have a prayer request or have a need, please call the church office and let us know. Please take this time to read God’s word and pray for each other and our nation. Please remember that we are praying for you.

In Christ,
Travis Gray
